Name of the Position: Field Operations (Market Research)
Job Location: Delhi
Minimum Qualification :Graduation
Relevant Experience :Minimum 1 - 3 years in market research or related field (consumer/ corporate/ brand research) with a reputed Market Research organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with field agencies and freelancers
- Briefing, allocation of budgeted funds, data quality control etc.
- Extensive travel across the country for long durations is a part of the role
- Data collection through secondary and primary research.
- Working on tight deadlines would be part of job responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in conducting and coordinating both quantitative and qualitative assignments, including product testing, mystery shopping, etc.
- Ability to handle a large number of field survey teams across the country through own network of field investigators and supervisors.
- An eye for detail. Accuracy of work and a sense of pride for good quality of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in a regional language.

Skills:
- Hands on knowledge in SPSS/SAS/STATA, MS-Office (advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, PPT would be added advantage).
- Strong background in statistics such as Analysis of Variance, Correlation, Simple & Multiple Regression, Logistic Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Multivariate Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis etc.

Executing research projects from inception to completion - conducting both quantitative and qualitative research activities and analysis.

Reviewing and editing data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; performing follows up with subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected.
