Rankings of professional and academic courses have existed for over a decade but in today's complex and dynamic environment, where a large number of courses and institutes have come up during last few years, it is pertinent to separate the wheat from the chaff and bring out the best Professional and Academic Degrees/ Courses being offered in the country out of almost 50,000 colleges and institutes spread across the length and breadth of the country

Country's most prestigious and largest-circulated weekly newsmagazine India Today has started its annual exercise of ranking Best Colleges in India in association with MDRA. This survey is an attempt to set the benchmark for tracking institutes that provide best education in India.

The following 14 courses/ degrees would be ranked:

• Engineering (B.Tech)
• Medical (MBBS)
• Dental (BDS)
• Law (LLB/ BA LLB)
• Architecture (B. Arch)
• Hotel Management (BHM/ BHMCT)
• Fashion Design (B. Fashion Design)
• Mass Communication /Journalism (PG in Mass Comm./ Journalism)
• Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)

Colleges/ Institutes are requested to download the requisite participation form and submit the completely filled-up form along with supporting documents by 15^th March 2024.
